Playful and colorful, this blanket pattern is simple and it works up fairly quickly. Lazy Waves Blanket by Dedri Uys is an excellent stash buster and looks great in multiple colors. Really easy, relaxing and completely addictive, this pattern is interesting and fun yet a great project to do while watching a movie as it is such an easy-going pattern. .

I’ve made scarves and blankets with this pattern. Lots of fun.
Hi Sandy! I love to crochet, but I haven’t learned how to adjust patterns yet. I think this would be a wonderful place mat, but I’m not seeing the beginning chain multiples? — I thought since you’ve made different items, you would be the one to ask. 🙂 (y)
I guess I should say I haven’t learned how to tell what the stitch count is on patterns…
Rebecca Rutherford Post so your chain would start out at 6 x ? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7): 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 or 42, etc. When you have the length you want, then add another 2 chains. I hope I didn’t confuse you too much.
Just started it today ! Hope it works up quick
