A few days ago, I came across this video tutorial featuring Abstract Crochet Cats Stitch which, I've thought, is fabulous! Now, here is the cutest baby blanket ever using a variation of the cats stitch. This Kitty-Cat Afghan – Baby Size by Olivia Rainsford, is made easy through a visual tutorial, for everyone who thinks that this pattern seems very intimidating at first. I love this pattern and the picture tutorial is great.

Becka Bodiford Thank you <3
I made this years when my son was born.. I don’t know where my pattern is..it was a good sized blanket though.. I made it in blue and white. i kept it and when his son was born i gave it to him. It as still beautiful.
I’ve made this a few times in different colors and it’s always adorable and a big hit with whomever I’m making it for. It’s also a good “scrap” project..i call it a cat of many colors blanket.
Lydia the pattern is always linked to the name of the pattern: first letter capital followed by the name of the designer, one line under. Hope it helps!
