J. & P. COATS or CLARK'S O.N.T. BEST SIX CORD MERCERIZED CROCHET, Size 20.
Small Ball:
J. & P. Coats—2 balls of White or Ecru,
or
Clark's O.N.T.—2 balls of White or Ecru.
Big Ball:
J. & P. Coats—1 ball of White, Ecru or Cream.
Steel Crochet Hook No. 8 or 9.Doily measures 10 x 14 inches.

Made several like these super easy
What is the name of this kind of crocheting? Is it difficult? Keep in mind I’ve only been crocheting 3 or so months

pinapple stitch doilies from cotto thread
You need to learn how to hold small thread and keep it tight but after a while youll love it
I really want to do it. I can’t do too many stitches now but I’m learning. Ty

I did a pineapple doily back in the 70’s that would have fit a 40 inch table. Once I got the hang of the pattern I didn’t want to stop.
My mamma made lots of these.
I want to make a round one to fit my 48 inch table. I haven’t tried this stitch yet, so we shall see!
