Start by making a gorgeous one eye minion or two eyes minion following one of the patterns below.

In this video you will learn how to make these cute beanies inspired by the movie \”Despicable Me\” minions. I used a medium weight yarn, RedHeart Supersaver in solid colors of; Brilliant yellow, scraps of white, brown, black and gray. You can choose whatever yarn you prefer just be sure that it is a medium weight (4 on label).
Hook size suggestions (remember everyone crochets differently).
Infant- Size G Hook, Babies Size H hook, Toddler Size I hook.
To crochet a beanie for an older children/ teens and women ; use a size J hook and a medium weight worsted yarn. Also work round 4 as follows: Ch 3, dc into next 3 st, *2dc, dc in next 4 st*, repeat from * to *, work 1dc in last 3 st, sl st into 3rd ch.For Men you can use a size K hook. Also, you will work round 4 as follows: ch 3, 1dc first 3 stitches , 2dc in next, sl st into 3rd ch.
The pattern is almost the same for all sizes. Only the size of hook and round 4 changes. This makes this the perfect beanie pattern for all sizes. From Baby – adult size. Follow
