This crocheted blanket is an original design that is easy to complete. The entire blanket requires only three crochet stitches – chain stitch, single crochet and the popcorn stitch. The pattern includes the instructions, a list of materials and the yarn amounts needed for a finished blanket approximately 41” x 58”.
Pattern calls for 16 skeins of Plymouth Encore yarn: 4 burgundy, 5 deep orange and 7 cream.
The pattern can be customized to your own color choices. Also, rows can be added or taken away to create the size you would like.

Wow..I just paid $5. for this pattern…what an amazing site this is…I will probably never make this as to much concentrating needed…but for in my younger days I would of made it in heart beat
Fair warning! If you are a right handed crocheter, when making popcorn stitches, the stitches HAVE to face away from you in order for your letters to be correct. If your popcorn stitches face you, your letters WILL be backwards.
wow, lot of work..nice that they are small,and have to be put together…but hard if you don’t have good tension all the time…

This is tedious but not difficult ladies. I’ve made a similar one and it took me 3 months to make the squares working 2 hours every evening. My pet peeve is joining them together!

It’s the Cancer Support Lap Blanket by Peach Unicorn Designs. I made it as a wedding gift for a couple of Aggies so i changed a few words and put hearts where the ribbons go. You’ll see in the pic why i mention they are Aggies. Lol
