  1. I’ve been wanting to make small area rugs for a long time but didn’t know what to use as a backing. I was in the Home Depot the other day and I saw the canvas dropcloth’s. I was thinking they could be cut down and used as an appropriate backing. Then I could attach a nonskid backing to the drop cloth piece. All of it would be machine washable /Air dry. I think this is right; has anyone ever tried it?

  2. Please don’t post a beautiful crocheted rug to a link to several links and the last link page does not exist. I love this pattern and now I can’t get it. Perhaps you should test your links first before you post it.
